Littleworld Day Nurseries was one of the first full-day nurseries to open in Andover, and we’ve been supporting families ever since.

Over the years, we’ve grown and welcomed more children and families, including those in the Clatford area.

30 Years Of Flexible Childcare

We’ve been welcoming children and families through our doors for 30 years, and a big part of our journey has been to really listen to the local community and understand what parents in the area need.

Over time, this has allowed us to evolve and provide truly flexible childcare solutions that work for everyone.

We continue to work closely with Hampshire’s Services for Young Children today to maintain the highest standard of quality of care for your little ones.

And we have strong links with local schools, as well as solid relationships with the military and European, Chinese, and other Asian communities, which enhance the nursery’s diversity and structure.

Where Development Matters

At Littleworld Day Nurseries, your child’s happiness and development matter to us.

We work closely with parents and carers to provide fun and inclusive learning experiences for each child, regardless of their needs.

We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework to support our practice and ensure all children are developing across all 7 areas of learning.

We also use the Development Matters guidance to support our monitoring and assessment process.

Our daughter, Elsie, has been attending Little World since she was just 9 months old, and from the very beginning, the support and care we received from the team made what could have been a daunting transition feel seamless. We felt reassured and supported every step of the way, both in the lead-up to her starting and throughout her time at the nursery.

We originally chose Little World over several other nurseries we visited because of the immediate feeling we got when we walked through the door. My daughter has been at Littleworld since she was 11 months old, She is now 4 and due to move on to school soon. She is going to miss nursery so much, She is absolutely thriving thanks to this setting- she has built wonderful relationships with staff and children over the years and they have played a huge part in the clever, respectful and loving child my daughter is growing in to.

The staff are wonderful and caring and do the upmost best to care for and educate the children in their care. I recommend this setting to family and friends.

We have had 2 children pass through Littleworld Clatford from the age of 15 months through to leaving for school. They have been nothing short of fantastic ever since we first stepped through the door.

Our eldest son is Autistic and it was the knowledgeable staff at Littleworld who spotted the early signs before we did. The support we received as a family both inside and outside of nursery was incredible, and because of this we were able to get a diagnosis and EHCP in place before he started school. He is thriving because of the early intervention he received from Littleworld and we couldn’t be more grateful.

The wonderful garden and play areas were what initially attracted us to Littleworld Clatford, and despite living the other side of town, we felt the drive was worth it - and we were right! If you are looking for a family feel nursery, with delicious home cooked meals made on site, who genuinely care about your child and their development - then look no further!

Littleworld Clatford is a truly wonderful nursery! Our little boy started in the baby room and is now in the toddler room and we are still so pleased that we picked this nursery for him.

It is lovely and small with a family friendly feel whilst also providing the children with rich experiences. All of the staff are so kind and go out of their way to ensure the children are happy and settled. They have been amazing with my son’s medical and dietary needs. The admin staff are excellent and we cannot fault the communication we have received from day 1.

We love the monthly stay and play sessions, the daily notes on Famly and the weekly observations. Our little boy has truly flourished in the time he has attended.
