We accept both 15 and 30 hours funded childcare for eligible working families in England with children aged between 9 months and 4 years.
Funding is offered on a stretched basis across 51 weeks of the year and is delivered as either 11 or 22 funded hours per week, depending on your eligibility.
Funded hours are used during our core sessions, where children take part in activities and experiences that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
This funding supports your child’s learning and development through play, creative activities, sensory experiences, outdoor learning, and the staffing needed to provide high-quality care.
Government funding helps cover core childcare sessions, but it does not include all of the additional experiences and day-to-day items children enjoy within the nursery.
To help us continue offering these extras, we charge an Additional Service and Enhancement Fee of £1.50 per funded hour.
This fee helps cover meals, snacks, nappies, additional activities, and the wider experiences children enjoy throughout nursery life.
This includes experiences such as cooking activities, science experiments, planting sessions, sensory play, music and movement activities, sports coaching, and special visits throughout the year.
Children also enjoy additional experiences, including ZooLab animal visits, themed activities, parties, and outdoor learning opportunities, alongside access to extra resources and equipment across the nursery.
These experiences play an important role in helping us create a fun, engaging, and enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
