Littleworld Day Nurseries are the data controller for the purpose of the Data Protection Act.
We are required to share information with Hampshire County Council. This is in line with Hampshire County Council’s privacy notice. Our terms and conditions, which are signed upon completion of our registration form, gives
us consent to share information.
Littleworld Day Nurseries are required to share safeguarding information with Children’s Services and the Police. We are also required to share Special Educational Needs and Disability information with our local Area Inclusion officer and any specialist’s professionals.
We are required to share information with official offices. In line with the requirements of Ofsted, information will be held for 30 years.
Personal data ID is held by the Nursery about those employed or otherwise engaged to work at the nursery. This personal data includes identifiers such as their name, address and National Insurance Number, as well as
characteristics such as ethnic group, gender and qualification.
